2. Ordering Products

1. Whilst browsing through the shopping pages, choose the item you wish to purchase by inserting the quantity required and clicking on "Add to Basket". Don't forget to give further information (such as size, colour, logo) if required.
2. You can remind yourself at any time what you have ordered by clicking the "View Basket" button.
3. When you have finished shopping, click on the "View Basket" button to check you are happy with the items you have chosen and that all the details are correct.
4. The "Postage" and "Shipping Country" boxes should both contain United Kingdom as we are only able to send orders out within the UK at present.
5. If you wish to amend the number of items ordered, alter the quantity accordingly ("0" will delete the item altogether).
6. To change any other details, delete the item and return to the main shopping section to re-select your purchases.
7. If all the details are correct, click on the "Checkout" button.
8. At the checkout page, follow the instructions and click on "Proceed".
9. Depending on the payment option you have chosen, you will be taken to a new screen which will explain how to complete the purchase.

1. Credit Card by Secure Server
   At P&O Cruises Shopping, security is our highest priority. Therefore, for any payments made by credit card over the Internet, we use our 128bit secure server with the added security of PGP encryption software. For a detailed explanation of this please see the safe site section. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

2. Credit Card by Fax
   The shopping basket will automatically generate a fax order form, which can be printed out and faxed to us on + 44 (0)117 982 8100. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

3. Credit Card by Phone
   To place an order, please call our mail order hotline on + 44 (0)117 916 3650 and speak to one of our sales advisors. Lines are open between 9am and 5pm (GMT) Tuesday to Saturday. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Debit and Delta. Please have your credit card details to hand. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

4. Credit Card / UK Cheque by Post
   Please follow the instructions, print out the postal form, complete the required details and post to us at the following address:
